Support when you need it most
Helping you find the right support following baby loss, stillbirth and bereavement.

You Don’t Have to Face This Alone
Losing a baby can affect every part of your life. Grief can feel overwhelming, and there may be times when you need additional emotional, practical or specialist support.
At In Jessica’s Memory, we want families to know that help is available. While we will always do everything we can within the support our charity provides, we recognise that we may not always have the right resources or services for every situation.
If we are unable to provide the help you need directly, there are other charities and organisations dedicated to supporting parents, families and loved ones following miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal death and other forms of baby loss.
This page is here to help you find those additional sources of support.
Finding the Right Support for You
There is no right or wrong way to grieve, and there is no set timeframe for bereavement. Some people may want to talk shortly after their loss, while others may seek support months or even years later.
Depending on your circumstances, you may benefit from support with:
- Bereavement and emotional wellbeing
- Miscarriage and pregnancy loss
- Stillbirth and neonatal loss
- Grief counselling and listening services
- Support for partners and family members
- Practical and financial guidance
- Funeral and memorial arrangements
- Support during future pregnancies
- Remembering and honouring your baby
Emotional Support
We offer a listening ear, gentle guidance and ongoing support.
Bereavement Tote Bags

Remembrance

Community
We bring families together through events, online communities and support networks.
Other Charities & Organisations That Can Help
In Jessica’s Memory works to provide meaningful support wherever possible, but we are only one part of a much wider network of organisations helping families affected by baby loss.
Below you can find details of other charities and support services that may be able to provide specialist advice, counselling, information, peer support or practical assistance.
